Answer: Following up on the judgment from arbitrations is detailed by Articles 213, 214 and 215 of Civil Procedures Law 11 for 1992 and its amendments, which expound that a ratification case (attestation case) must be filed in order to ensure your judgment is recognised by local courts. This secondary process requires the other party be served with notice of the filing of the case, so they have the chance to provide a reply to the court. Once this process has been concluded, the judge can issue a judgment enforcing payment.
