Hello! We are looking for legal assistance for a property we might plan to sell. I was wondering why the fees vary from 2-4%. How will I know if I need to pay 2 or 4%? And if I bought my property before these rules applied in 2008, do I still have to pay that amount when selling a property in a few years? This means that I probably did not pay any extra fees when buying my property before 2008.
