You have mentioned that your employment contract has expired on 1st November 2020 and that your residence visa will expire on 13th December 2020. The facts shared with us would generally indicate that the employment term has successfully been concluded as on 1st November. However, the same might not be true, employment contracts generally require a notice of non-renewal to be initiated by the employee before the expiry of the tenure and the same is to comply with the notice period requirement as per your contract. As such, you might be in breach of the said terms. We would like to invite you for legal consultation in order for you to be advised in more detail regarding your matter.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time if you are interested to proceed.
