I am on limited contract with 3 months notice period.My visa got renewed and will be expired on 2nd august of this year. I got another job and I need to join within one month.At present I am on one month notice period and I want to know whether I have to provide any compensation if company asked since am breaching the contract prior to 2 months and serving notice period for one month only instead of 3 months as mentioned in my job offer.
