I am resigning from my current job with 30 days notice period and after moving to another company. The new company is asking about cancellation papers to begin a visa process with them. Is it possible to cancel visa before notice period in order to speed up employment with the new company?
The transition from the old company to your new company will require that your visa with the previous sponsor is canceled. The cancellation of your visa should be at the end of your employment term including your notice period and when you have already received your full and final settlement payments. Since it is the Employerâ€™s right and discretion that you work during the notice period, the Employer may insist visa cancellation only upon the completion of the notice period.
