My commission is delayed and the employer sent an email recently stating that commissions will be held for 90 days after resignation to avoid any client cancellation, question is if I resign will I get my dues immediately? And how do I ensure that the commissions will be paid after I leave ?
Pursuant to your inquiry you can obtain a letter from your employer duly signed that your commissions will be held for certain period and will be released upon resignation or whatsoever. Kindly note that the commissions are not part of salary and is sole discretion of the company.
