I an a UAE resident. I want to get married with Indonesian girl, she is also in UAE but she is already married and have husband in Indonesia.  She want divorce her husband because her husband not working proper not responsible she is in UAE 6 years not go country she have also daughter in Indonesia 8 years old, her husband not give money for daughter not give fees for school and for eating, daughter is not in father house she is in her big mother house from 6 years. Please sir tell us how she can divorce because she is in UAE and her husband in Indonesia.

Failure to provide financial maintenance is a ground for divorce. So that she may discuss her options for divorce and related rights, it is advisable to consult a family law specialist to guide her on how to proceed in these matters.
