I Had a Bounce Cheque Problem

My Question:

I had bounced cheque worth 67,000ead. So do I had police case or criminal case?

Answer:

With regards to your concern, kindly be informed that if your cheque has been dishonored for insufficient balance, the other party may register a criminal case against you. However, it is more likely that you will only receive fine and no imprisonment. Further, a police and a criminal case is same.
