My university has a policy of not refunding transportation after some time. I have passed that deadline but I would still like to get a refund because I mistakenly believed I had paid for it before the deadline had passed. I want to ask my University for a 100% refund, if not 75% because although I paid for the full amount, I only used the transportation maximum of 3 times.
