Question:

My client has a fine of 10000 and 5000 for Covid-19 related violations. We applied to Judicial dept., but they rejected. The fact is that the EID is of my client, but driver’s TC is different. The client does not have any vehicle or Driving license. Kindly advice what steps can be taken next.

Reply:

Whereas various government departments may levy administrative penalties pursuant to breach of relevant laws and regulations.
