Is that website from Dubai police enough to confirm civil/criminal cases or is it not enough?

Question:

I had to leave Dubai in 2018 with more than 550,000 AED in total debt from 5 different banks (Loans & Credit Cards). I don’t know if they filed criminal or civil cases as well. I checked Dubai Police website and I used the service (Criminal Status of Financial Cases) I checked using my emirates ID number and it shows no cases. Is that website from Dubai police enough to confirm civil/criminal cases or is it not enough? thank you

Outstanding payment on credit card and loan account amounts a liability in the UAE, and non payment of such liabilities after a judgement may result in the execution of the judgement, which includes, among other things, issuance of an arrest warrant. It is advisable to consult a lawyer adept at handling financial matters.
