Hi i want to legally leave my shops in Abu Dhabi i haven’t renewed the contract but they hold my cheques the reason i want to leave is because they continuously do cases on me already three times they have done and don’t cooperate at all with me. Because of the shop owners my profile is getting very bad, one of the cheque was paid half already yet they did a case on me

Nevertheless, if the company is registered in mainland, you may apply for cancellation of license and the assets of the company will be sold to pay off the creditors.
