UAE has the best consumer protection within the region, but only few people knows about it. As a consumer, understanding and exercising our rights is our primary responsibility.

Government create way through advertisements and serving information on the web, but some of the residents still don't know their rights; either they don't research them properly or no interest of knowing it. Common mistakes for expatriates that consumer rights from their country is the same in the UAE. Starting today, I took a part of answering consumer related question each week to raise their awareness about laws and their rights.
